About the Role
As the Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in promoting our company, products, and services to radiologists and digital imaging stakeholders, helping them to improve patient outcomes in the NHS and internationally as we expand our reach. You will develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies that boost brand awareness and generate quality pipeline opportunities. Working closely with sales and product teams, you will craft campaigns tailored to our target audiences, leveraging digital and traditional marketing channels. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Brand Building & Awareness: You will identify opportunities for and lead brand positioning initiatives to establish us as a trusted name among radiologists, PACS managers, and healthcare providers.
- Lead Generation: You will identify a series of appropriate on and offline channels and partners for investment that will drive lead quality and volume and help us achieve the required pipeline and revenue contribution.
- Campaign Management: Utilising your selected channels, 3rd party service providers, and leveraging the breadth of HubSpot marketing capabilities, you will plan and execute targeted campaigns optimised for the customer experience, and drive engagement and conversion and in accordance with privacy and data regulations.
- Content Development: You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to create compelling high-quality content that drives a consistent on-brand message and aligns to the different buying stages. This should include brochures, case studies, blogs, video and social media content, to educate and engage our audience on the value and benefits of our company and solutions.
- Event Management: You will organise and promote our presence at industry events and conferences, positioning our brand to maximize visibility within the health tech community. The focus will be on setting event KPIs and objectives, optimising all events with pre, during and post activities to drive maximum attendance and engagement.
- Reporting: You will track and analyse key performance metrics for all campaigns, providing insights and recommendations to continuously improve ROI and campaign effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years marketing experience: Priority given to candidates with health/medical tech experience.
- HubSpot Expertise: Demonstrable experience in using a significant portion of HubSpot CRM capabilities with a focus on campaign creation, automation, lead scoring email best practices, and performance tracking.
- Omni-Channel Marketing: A proven track record in managing successful integrated marketing campaigns and developing associated content across multiple digital and offline channels. Experience of creating video content for social media, websites and YouTube would be a distinct advantage.
- Digital Advertising: Experience in building and optimising advertising campaigns specifically on LinkedIn.
- Analytical Skills: Proficient in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to interpret campaign data and drive strategic decisions.

Education:
