About the Role
As a Founder Associate, you will work directly with the founder and executive team to drive strategic initiatives, streamline operations, and help scale the business. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both the business and operational aspects of a growing company. You will play a key role in project management, business development, and strategic planning while helping to shape the future direction of the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning: Assist in developing and executing business strategies to accelerate growth and expand market reach.
- Project Management: Oversee various cross-functional projects, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.
- Market Research: Conduct research to identify new business opportunities, industry trends, and competitive landscapes.
- Financial Analysis: Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and analyzing financial performance to support decision-making.
- Business Development: Support in identifying potential partnerships, customers, and opportunities for expansion.
- Operations Support: Work with the team to streamline business processes, optimize workflows, and implement operational improvements.
- Investor Relations: Prepare reports and presentations for investors, board meetings, and other key stakeholders.
- General Assistance: Provide day-to-day support to the founder in various tasks such as meeting preparation, decision-making, and company leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 1-3 years of relevant work experience (internships included) in startups, consulting, finance, or technology.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of the healthcare or software industry is a plus but not required.

This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both the business and operational aspects of a growing company. You will play a key role in project management, business development, and strategic planning while helping to shape the future direction of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning & Execution:
- Collaborate with the CEO/Founder and leadership team to develop and execute business strategies that align with company objectives.
- Translate high-level company goals into actionable plans and ensure successful execution across the branch.
- Manage and monitor branch-level KPIs and business metrics, ensuring targets are met.
Operational Leadership:
- Oversee daily operations of the Egypt branch, ensuring optimal resource allocation and efficiency.
- Streamline business processes to improve productivity, reduce costs, and support scaling efforts.
- Manage cross-functional teams, driving collaboration between development, customer success, quality assurance, and other departments.
Project Management:
- Lead and manage key projects, ensuring timely completion and alignment with global objectives.
- Act as a point of contact for coordinating between different departments and ensuring timely updates to leadership.
- Problem-solve and remove roadblocks, ensuring that project goals are achieved.
Team Leadership & Development:
- Support the development of leadership within the branch by mentoring team leads and managers.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture, encouraging innovation and accountability across teams.
- Ensure clear communication across the branch, facilitating the flow of information between leadership and staff.
Communication & Reporting:
- Serve as a liaison between the Egypt branch and the global/regional leadership team, ensuring alignment on key priorities.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and briefs for leadership meetings, keeping management informed of progress, challenges, and opportunities.
Special Initiatives:
- Lead special projects and initiatives as directed by senior leadership, such as new market entry, product launches, or operational improvements.
- Manage crisis situations effectively, providing sound recommendations and implementing solutions under pressure.
Qualifications & Skills:
Experience:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in a Chief of Staff, operations management, or strategic leadership role, ideally in the tech/software industry.
- Proven track record in scaling businesses, managing cross-functional teams, and leading complex projects.
- Experience in an international business environment or in managing regional offices is a plus.
Education:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
Skills:
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and manage teams effectively.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with fluency in English (Arabic fluency is an advantage).
- Familiarity with software development processes, including experience with tools like Azure DevOps, Agile methodologies, or other project management systems.
- Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to business decision-making.

We are seeking a skilled AI engineer (preferably to have knowledge in NLP) to contribute to the development of advanced AI solutions. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and deploying NLP models to enhance our product’s capabilities.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement AI algorithms, especially NLP ones, and models for text analysis and understanding.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and refine the requirements for driven solutions.
- Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms and statistical analysis.
- Train, fine-tune, and evaluate models using the latest techniques to achieve optimal performance.

- Properly integrate Rosenfield software to other vendors following the industry standards.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot integration issues & provide the needed solution.
- Ensure Rosenfield solutions integration capabilities are up to date
- Prepare the needed integration documentation of company’s solutions with other vendors.
- Properly escalate unresolved integration issues to appropriate internal teams (e.g. software developers)
- Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers

Job requirements:
