Role Overview

As a Chief of Staff, you will work directly with the founder and executive team to drive strategic initiatives, streamline operations, and help scale the business. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both the business and operational aspects of a growing company. You will play a key role in project management, business development, and strategic planning while helping to shape the future direction of the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning: Assist in developing and executing business strategies to accelerate growth and expand market reach.
  • Project Management: Oversee various cross-functional projects, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.
  • Market Research: Conduct research to identify new business opportunities, industry trends, and competitive landscapes.
  • Financial Analysis: Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and analyzing financial performance to support decision-making.
  • Business Development: Support in identifying potential partnerships, customers, and opportunities for expansion.
  • Operations Support: Work with the team to streamline business processes, optimize workflows, and implement operational improvements.
  • Investor Relations: Prepare reports and presentations for investors, board meetings, and other key stakeholders.
  • General Assistance: Provide day-to-day support to the founder in various tasks such as meeting preparation, decision-making, and company leadership.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 1-3 years of relevant work experience (internships included) in startups, consulting, finance, or technology.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of the healthcare or software industry is a plus but not required.

  • Reviewing and analyzing system specifications and preparing test scenarios.
  • Create and maintain test cases for the new and existing developments.
  • Executing tests on software usability and functionality.
  • Ability to communicate and report bugs and errors to development team.

Job requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.

Job brief

We are seeking a skilled AI engineer (preferably to have knowledge in NLP) to contribute to the development of advanced AI solutions. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and deploying NLP models to enhance our product’s capabilities. 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement AI algorithms, especially NLP ones, and models for text analysis and understanding. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and refine the requirements for driven solutions. 
  • Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms and statistical analysis. 
  • Train, fine-tune, and evaluate models using the latest techniques to achieve optimal performance. 
  • Integrate the generated models seamlessly into our existing .NET-based solution architecture. 
  • Collaborate with software engineers to ensure efficient deployment and management of the models within the product environment. 
  • Conduct research and stay up to date with the latest advancements in NLP and machine learning techniques. 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s in computer science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field. 
  • Hands–on experience (0–2 years) working on NLP projects, with a focus on text analysis and understanding. 
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C#, and experience with relevant libraries and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, NLTK, SpaCy) and libraries for NLP tasks. 
  • Proficiency in machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) . 
  • Knowledge of deep learning architectures for NLP, such as BERT, GPT, or similar models.

Responsibilities:

  • Previous experience on projects related to NLP or similar domains. 
  • Understanding of .NET framework and its integration capabilities for AI solutions.

Job Description:

  • Properly integrate Rosenfield software to other vendors following the industry standards.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot integration issues & provide the needed solution.
  • Ensure Rosenfield solutions integration capabilities are up to date
  • Prepare the needed integration documentation of company’s solutions with other vendors.
  • Properly escalate unresolved integration issues to appropriate internal teams (e.g. software developers)
  • Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers
  • Ensure all issues are properly logged
  • Prioritize and manage several open projects at one time
  • Prepare accurate and timely reports
  • Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals
  • Maintain relationships with clients

Job requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Biomedical engineering or computer science
  • 2-3 years of proven experience in similar position
  • Proven experience of Dicom & HL7 protocols
  • English fluency is a must
  • Excellent knowledge of windows server 2012, 2016, 2019
  • Excellent knowledge of MS office tools
  • Good knowledge of SQL server, IIS
  • Good knowledge of VMware (workstation and ESXi)
  • Good technical writing skills
  • Good communication skills
